Oh...I thought you meant the TD bag. The bug-out bag is another question entirely.
It was, till it wasnt:D

On another note, has anyone shot a TD with a " Lite" barrel?
Cause , I think they might be disastrously bad.
Combining the inherent inaccuracy, of the TD, imho ,caused by he skinny chamber, with , in my experience,Rugers poor quality tension n barrel, , could be a nightmare.

in my takedown bag -
one carbine , take down
six mags
one handgun
six mags
holster with belt and mag carriers
ammo for all mags twice plus
fairburn-sykes commando knife and sheath
pocket knife, flashlight , first aid ,
ear plugs and glasses [clear/dark] a bit of cash ,

Why 2 knives?

I had 2, but then I went down to one, the big one, cause I couldnt answer the question.

I thought about a pistol, but as I carry one everyday, that seemed redundant too.
But some 9 mm ammo and a spare magazine migh be a good idea.for me.

Just the TD 10-22, small cleaning kit, mags and ammo. The bug out backpack contains all the other survival stuff. A Springfield XD-45 would be on my hip so no need to put a handgun in the bag.
