Does anyone have the Weaver Customer Service phone number?

Weird thing happened when I was shooting my 1022 a few days back. I have a Weaver Grand Slam, and the little weaver logo next to the adjustment knobs fell off. I was shooting off a tarp, so I found it (thankfully). However, I was shocked at how a brand new scope could do that.

I don't really care that much about the logo, but behind the logo is a tiny screw, which I guess is the dissasembly screw or something. I wanted to call Weaver to see what they said, but can't find a phone number for them.

Thanks a lot 452! I talked to them and they said that the little logo is just cosmetic and that they glue it on with super glue. His suggestion was to just glue it back or leave it off. As I assumed, leaving the logo off doesn't hurt the scope at all.
