Those look like Berger 52 gr or 55 gr Match which are pretty good bullets (or indeed, as I first missed, Speer 52 gr -- I haven't had good results with Speers, either). What rifle, barrel length and twist rate are you shooting? Either Varget or BL-C2 should serve well if you are shooting 1/12" twist. If you have a 1/9" twist you will do better with a heavier bullet. Even with the 1/12" you might go up to a Hornady 55 gr V-Max or try the Sierra 52 gr HPBT or 53 gr HP if you haven't tried those yet. Try a box of the Black Hills 52 gr BTHP and see how they shoot for you. 25 grains of Varget is usually a good starting point. Shortening the "jump" from the ogive to the lands may help, to, if you haven't measured this.
