O.K.
I cant help it ever since stumbling on this site, I cant help it but try to modify my 10/22, man I even bought a "beater" so I can trick that one out also .. BUT have any of you had any experience with the VQ Bolt Assembly? What will it do for me, or is my $$ better spent somewhere ( part ) else? Thanks.

The factory bolt can certainly use some help to get the best accuracy.You can follow the tips n tricks for "headspacing". You could stake or pin the firing pin. You can radius/chamfer the rear of the bolt(only helps reliability),or you could send it off to Randy at CPC to have him do his bolt tuneup.Im sure the VQ bolt is a quality product,as all their products I've used are,but I've never justified the expense knowing the results of what Randy does, or even myself can do using the resources on this forum.
