I have spoken with the customer service folks and repair center folks on a regular basis recently and haven't had any trouble getting through, either. I spoke with them this morning concerning my Silver Lynx.

Well with my dislexic nature, I reversed 2 numbers when i copied # off website and kept getting a busy tone....Sorry for the alarm guys, this does happen when you get older....No really it does!
