Hi all. I bought one of the 1st 10/22 stainless take-down rifles that were available at my LGS when they 1st came out. I'm overall very happy with it, except for one issue... I would really like a threaded barrel.
Does anyone offer a standard-weight STAINLESS threaded barrel that retains the iron sights? I'm a firm believer in having irons to back up my optic, and that "requirement" seems to be the major stumbling block in my finding a threaded barrel.
All the standard-weight barrels I find are EITHER stainless OR threaded OR have the irons... but nothing that seems to combine all 3 features.
Am I chasing my White Whale here, or I'm I just not looking in the right places?
