just how do you stone the 597 sear. my pull is very heavy also i have got a lot of creap before the the sear finally gives. any ideas

i stoned mine but it did not make that much of a differance, i think alot of the trouble with ,the 597 is the spring.

but if you must stone it becareful not to take off to much.

take the hammer out of the trigger box and i think the radius is what i stoned, i also stoned the sear but it was a pain getting back in place, and on the sear keep the angle the same as factory. just look at it in the trigger box, put thumb on hammer and pull the trigger, look at what is happening, then just go from there.
