Squirrel dog owners - Feiste
Anyone in upper Ohio own a registered squirrel dog or one that trees well? Looking for someone in the area to run there trained dog with mine, need help getting my dog to stay at the tree and remain barking until I arrive. Thinking if my dog watches one thats fully trained he'll catch on and do the same.

Try to tie him to the tree when he trees. Walk away and when he starts to bark again go to him. It won't take long for him to figure out he has to stay on the tree until you get there if he is going to get any fur in his mouth. I tie mine to the tree every time and it will make a tight dog on the tree. PM me if you have any questions.
