i know the cartridge doesnt have eanough power to cycle the slide, but will it hurt anything if i shoot these .22 long cb's through the advantage arms glock .22LR conversion and just cycle the slide manually??

Should be okay. I fired hundreds and hundreds of them through a Colt Ace back in the '80s.

The noise is about like a cap pistol. I shot them indoors without ear protection with no ill effects at all (5" barrel). Never had a neighbor ask me about the sound, either!
