Awhile back I posted that my new Scout had erratic ejection, mostly to the left side. I also said a guy at the CZ service department was less than helpful. He clearly could not have cared less about my problem. Told me that as long as it ejected the brass anywhere I was "good to go". Never mind whether it hit the scope, dropped back into the action, or what. Well, today I finally got around to pulling the extractors out and working on them. The right side extractor was bevelled straight, so I took a Dremel tool and contoured it with a curve that fit the case. Voila! Perfect ejection to the right the way it is supposed to work. Thanks for nothing, CZ guy!

Sounds like the CZ support staff may have a problem employee. Did you get his name? I feel if you spend your hard earned money and the company offers support a person should be able to call and ask questions and address problems such as yours. If a company does not respond quickly and proffesionally why do they offer support?????
