i have the weigand mount and it's first class
actually, there's 4 companies making mounts for the buckmark. there's weigand, tactical solutions, b-square, and don't forget browning (hunter model).
here's my $0.02:
buy the b-square if you want a full length mount.
order the base from browning if you want to have iron sights for back-up.
tactical solutions looks like a solid performer from what i read here at rfc.
i bought the weigand for the same reason mentioned earlier by ccw1911.
WEIGAND'S CORE BUSINESS / BREAD & BUTTER IS SCOPE BASES AND MOUNTS. I'VE HAD MINE FOR CLOSE TO 10 YEARS AND IF YOU TAKE PRECAUTIONS (LOCTITE, TEFLON TAPE, BUBBLE GUM, ETC...) ON LOCKING DOWN THE 2 SCREWS THAT HOLD IT DOWN, IT'LL HOLD ALL DAY. WHEN I DO MY PART AND HOLD STEADY, MAKES MY $185 15 YEAR OLD STANDARD BUCKMARK ONE ACCURATE PISTOL. AS MENTIONED EARLIER, IT'LL BRING OUT THE BUCKMARK'S POTENTIAL.
