Kinda thinking about getting a 308 bolt rifle. Anyone have the Impulse and care to make a few comments?

I forgot that I had posted this and for some reason I am not getting email alerts from RFC.
I found a Ruger Hawkeye Predator 308 that I plan to pick up tomorrow.
Should be interesting developing loads for it.

Yes, my Hawkeye has the three position safety on the bolt.
I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet, still putting together my reloading components.

After rimfire 7.62/51 , 308 is my go to round. Just a wider variety in ammunition at reasonable prices, and just enough recoil, to let me know Im alive but not enough to send me home aching

The Hawkeye Predator I got was built in 2014. For some reason they don't chamber it in 308 anymore.
