Could someone post some pictures of a Savage-Anschutz Mark 10-A. I have one of these rifles that I am sending to 10 ring services to be repaired. While takeing the action out of the stock I noteised something about the action I thought strange. When you have taken the action out of the stock and look at where the bolts(screws) go .right at the front where the barrel fits into the action there are two-2 screw holes that have been taped into the bottom where you would put the front screw back. Then I have wondered why there seems to be a place for a mag to go into the rifle but the rifle is a single shot with the bottom plate in place. Is this correct or did I buy a rifle someone has modified. The rifle was made in 1968. If any one can help me understand why this rifle is set up this way i would appreciate the help. Thank you in advance. Mudd Turtle
