It's a No 100 sight and they were put on the '-S' versions of the Models 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 and Stevens variants, if your gun is set up for a No 105 peep sight it is the original front sight. The term 3-S & etc was only used in the catalogs and was not stamped on the guns.
Numrich used to sell the sight base with the three inserts but I see they are now sold out. I believe they still have the correct size hoods in stock. There also is a small 'U' shaped wire that holds the insert in place until the hood is slid on, the hood has much more force than the wire and holds the insert very firm.
