I am looking for some info on a scope. I recently acquired a Savage 3-8x33mm scope. I did not know that Savage ever put their name on a scope. The markings on the side are:

SAVAGE-SUWA
JAPAN
MODEL 3833
3-8x33 <SL>

Any info on this scope would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Well, I guess I should have done this from the start. So...here are some pics. This scope is probably nothing special, but it did peak my curiousity.
