They may be a "diamond in the rough" BUT more likely they are a china made private branded promo item and MOST of them aren't worth anything other than saying you have a scope? and they have NO service support when you have a problem....again this is from past experience and NO actual contact with the specific scope you inquire about....good luck and good shooting!!
