i keep picturing that stock with a flat black powder-coated barrel and reciever, matte scope and rings, ALL flat black.........trigger, mag release, trigger guard.

Using film balanced for outdoor light (like almost all film is) you get a color shift to a yellow/orange when used indoors without flash. Always use flash indoors!

Who uses film anymore?

WOW, this is the first time I have seen this one. VERY NICE!! Do they offer them finished already?

I am in the middle of mine also, but using poly. I have done tru oil or tung on all of them in the past and thought I would try something different. I will post a pic later if I can find the camera charger. I put an all black action and barrel on mine to compare to the clear anodized with a carbon fiber barrel that I had planned. All black just wasn't flashy enough for the stock to me. Pic to follow - likely in its own thread.

Got mine finished. Unfortunately, they're all gone. Only made 20 of them.
