If you ever find out, please post it!

You might try Beretta customer service, with whom I have had ZERO luck. However, the president of the company said customer service "was in transition" to improvement, so maybe they have changed. (They are probably worse.)

Beretta did perform a "Reset Trigger" on my NEOS under warranty, when I sent it back to them. Although they did this very promptly, I still was down one great shooter for almost two weeks.
