Question about Caldwell Rock Jr

Does the Caldwell Rock Jr have feet that are adjustable?

I don't see bolts on the top side, but maybe they are adustable by turning the actual feet?

If it has a cast iron base, couldn't one just drill some holes in it to install some adjustable feet?
