I have one of the flat barrel weights for my HS Victor.

I also, have some of the 2 & 3 oz round barrel weights for my HS Trophys.

The metal of the Victor weight seems to be filled with pock marks, i.e. seems like the metal is very porous.

However, the round weights for the Trophys are not like that. They seem to be very nice dense (smooth surfaced) metal.

Are these pock marks on the surfaces of the Victor weight common to those weights or was I just unlucky enough to get a defective one ?

None of the weights on my dozen or so Victors have pock marks on them.

Do they weigh the same as the "good" ones? Are they the exact same size?
