The Ohio Division of Wildlife has a very nice public range at the Grand River Wildlife Area. It's covered, has nice benches and ballistic sand back stops. You should check it out. The cost it $3 for a one day permit, $25 for an annual. If you have a valid hunting or fishing license you can buy an annual for $10. You need to get your range permit before you get there, they don't sell them on site, they're sold anywhere Hunting licences are sold. You need to provide your own targets and target stand.
