Paclite Issue MKIII 22/45

I just added a new Paclite upper for my MKIII 22/45 and I'm having failure to ejects with every magazine. Most of the time the case gets caught vertical in the ejection port. I have the Ruger bolt with a VQ extractor and firing pin. I bought the VQ spring set and have tried 3 different springs. I tried both Mini-Mags, Std. Vel., Subsonic, and Golden Bullets, and Still no change. I did not have these problems with the Ruger barrel. I really like this upper, but need help figuring this out.

I'd give TacSol a call and see what they have to say before trying any home remedies. It's probably the ejector.

Probably a good idea.
Thanks for the thread. Same issue as I'm having. I checked the ejector and it is tight and looks fine. I'll do some polishing of the chamber and see if that helps.
Check to make sure a sight rail mounting screw is not protruding too far and dragging on the bolt.

Checked that. No protruding.

I'd talk to the manufacturer before doing any polishing if I were you. Any work you do may cause warranty issues.

Good point.
some of the VQ extractors have a little nib of metal left on the flat , back, of the ejector and if not removed it will cause trouble. Have you tried several mags to see if it is ag related. Als look under your extractor and be sure there is no crud or fouling under it. Do not do anything to the chamber until you have talked to Tac Sol.

I'm going to tear it down today and check out the extractor. I have 8 mags. It FTE's with all of them.
If you are using the bolt with other uppers without extraction problems then it is not the extractor. The little nub is just were the EDM wire starts and ends the cut. It is nothing.
I may have found the problem. The extractor is showing wear on the underside. They aren't manufactured like this are they?

What does the extractor slot in the breech look like?

Here are some pics. I realize it's an aluminum breech. I'm no expert, but it looks rough. Am I wrong?
