odd ball sights

I was looking at an Anschutz sight system, and was wondering of you could mount a set on a 10/22. I know you'd have to cut a rail on the barrel for the front sight, but what about the back? Would it fit a sight certain sight rail of would one have to be made?

I'm having one of those umm...would it work things going on...

I'm not sure I have seen Anschutz sights. Could you post a picture or link?

here is a picture of some anschutz sights, they are held on with a dove tail like scope rings are
