There's a take-down screw in front of the trigger guard on the bottom of your stock - unscrew that. Set your safety so it's in-between on and off (equal parts sticking out of either side of the trigger guard). Pop it out the whole works.
You should have a barrel, receiver, and internals (action/trigger group) in one hand, on the other you should have a completely stripped stock.
Beyond that, for removing your trigger group, bolt, bolt handle, barrel...etc - refer to your owners manual. The directions in there are just as good as anything I'd type here.
