I was able to handle one at a LGS and was not impressed. I just couldn't get excited by this gun.

I too have seen one of the new ones. I also own one of the earlier Interarms imported Rossi nickel plated Model 62 SA. Quite frankly, the new Rossi just seemed like a cheaper plastic version of what I already had. Glad I kept my older rifle.
