I'm picking up a used .22 10.5# BR rifle made by Tim McWhorter. I took a look at his web site and it looks like he makes great guns. Anyone have anything good or bad to say about his work?

I've got a McWhorter sporter that I shoot in RBA and IR50/50. It's a good shooter and has been a match winner for me. I shoot against lots of McWhorter rifles, and they are always tough. Tim does top-notch work and has built rifles for some of the best shooters in the country. Sounds like a winner to me.

McWhorter Rifle

Thanks for the reply. The rifle I'm getting is a Sako action with a Lilja barrel, Jewel trigger, Hoen Tuner and McMillan stock. It is a great looking rifle I can't wait to shoot it. It should be here today.
