Just picked up some brand new Browning magazines for my Buckmark from Brownell's (great place to deal with, btw). Usually, after the last shot, the slide will lock back, but on one of the new mags, it does not. do any of you know where I need to tweak it a little to make it work right?

You might first take that mag and another that works fine apart and switch springs. See it that makes a difference. If it does, I'd try to get either brownells or browning to replace the defective spring. If it doesn't, switch followers next and see if thats the problem. Once disassembled, it may become clear to you what the problem is.

I think it is the button

Thanks! It appears that the button used to pull the follower down may be too tight a fit in the mag well. I'm thinking that if I can tap it in a little fater, it may work better. If not, then I will try your suggestion.
