There will be a 22 Long Rifle-only Benchrest Rimfire Shoot at the Bloomfield Izaak Walton League on Saturday, May 14th from 8am to noon. At this time we are not going to have any designated classes/divisions...so bring any scoped 22LR rifle you want and any tables or rests you want to use. We do have 6 benches but more will hopefully be needed. All shooting will be done from a bench or table at 50 yards. There will be a $10 entry/range fee for each shooting session which will consist of 3 targets (1 practice and 2 scored). Each target will require 25 scorable rounds and you are welcome to shoot as many additional warm-up rounds on the non-scorable section of the targets. So you will need at least 75 rounds per session plus any warm-up rounds you want to shoot for each target. Eye and ear protection will be required.
