My bolt is stuck and wont move

So I installed a BX trigger on my aftermarket reciever (dlask) and the bolt is standard 10/22 bolt, When I installed the bx trigger group and put on the 2 pins the bolt will not slide back. (I think this question was asked before, long time ago). I know that the bx trigger is too low when I measure my kidd trigger the housing seems lower. I know its the trigger group because when I put the rear trigger pin and hold the trigger group down without front pin, the bolt slides back and forth,.without issue. Then when i slide the bolt back and install the front pin of the bx trigger at same time the bolt slides very hard seems to be rubbing somewhere when both pins fully installed the bolt is so hard to slide back and at times stuck.

I dont understand whats going on. When I use my kidd trigger on same bolt there is no issue it slides back and forth. Should I sand the top part of the bx trigger housing?

Will bx trigger group only work with factory 10/22 receiver. Im wondering if its the receiver the Kidd trigger should do the same thing, but it does not.

I had to buy this bx trigger as I was planning to make another 10/22 and I wanted to make budget 10/22 but it seems that aftermarket is only way to go when mot if not all the rifle is aftermarket.

can you open the bolt and see the tip of the ejector in the ejection port?

...you might have let the ejector flip around backwards while you were installing the bx..remove the bx, flip the ejector back in position where it belongs, and reinstall the bx

I did that before. Felt like a idiot!:(
What kind of stock is it in? Is the hammer strut able to exit the rear of the trigger body ithout getting jammed into the stock?

don't feel bad..you work on these things long enough, and it's bound to happen once in awhile...I've even seen where some guys have pinned their ejectors down to keep them from flipping on them during reassembly

never heard of this KIDD problem happening to a BX...but it's worth taking a look at, just in case (y)
If I understand you, you've tried the same bolt in the same receiver with a KIDD trigger and there's no problem. Have you tried the BX in other build? If you have or can, and that bolt also binds, it would seem you hav a BX trigger that is out of spec. If so, return it for a replacement, or better yet, for a refund and get another KIDD trigger. Life's too short to have to deal with such things, when you KNOW there's a better option.

I have a confession to make about the 10/22 bolt so I lightened this bolt to be able to shoot cb longs or aguila. As the firefly bolt is no longer sold. So I was able to take off quite a bit with my mill and it shoots quiets and everything cb as semi auto. And I was using the Kidd trigger without issue. The problem is that I took off too much of the bolt. I milled off a square chunk at the back of bolt right where the hammer slides on. I dont weld so I used jb weld and now it looks as it is a complete bolt I sanded down the JB weld until it was like the original bolt. I have been using a lighter bolt spring, the bolt and kidd trigger and oil and I had no issues. Now I have to use my Kidd trigger for another build so I bought the BX trigger. I think what happening is the the BX trigger housing is plastic vs the Kidd which is aluminum. I think I did not sand enough of the JB weld on the bolt and also there is a lot of friction on the JB weld and plastic trigger housing and it is not smooth like metal. I think the cheapest way is to buy another bolt and see if this is the problem. I only have this 10/22 bolt that I got for free. SO if it is the bolt I will have to sand down that part more to give more clearance between the bolt and housing, I can't think of anything else.
