I need info on how to clean and adjust the trigger on a model 75 Winchester target rifle that I just traded for. It is really rough, but looks prety grungy, a good cleaning might do the trick. I don't have a manual so I am kind of reluctant to take it apart. Can anyone help?

Thanks for the info I'm sure it will help. I'm going to the shop now to take it apart for a good cleaning. Sure hope it warms up soon so I can shoot some groups with it and see what ammo it likes best.
