Does anyone know if the grips are the same for a Ruger MKIII and MKII???

WHere to get the grips for the Mark III?

Just wondering two things:
Where do you get the after market grips for the 22/45 Mark III?

Are there any light mounts/systems that will work with this, since this does
not have a rail?

As far as I know after market grips for the 22/45 are of the slip on variety.
