Can anyone tell me what the size of the filler screw is for a factory drilled & tapped Ruger Mark II?

They are 6-48 for the rear receiver screws and 6-40 for the front sight screw. Go to a gun shop/smith and see if you can get the correct screws. Almost impossible to buy other wise. I'm in the same boat as you are..

You can order a screw kit from Brownell's, I don't know if you can order specific individual screws or sizes or not.

Most kits that I've seen are gunsmith sets and run in the 25-50.00 range. I THINK that's what you'll find. I sure couldn't find cheaper. Good luck, as for me I'd rather spend a few bucks for a few screws than that much..

You can order 10 packs of the size you need from Brownells. A lot cheaper than the whole kit.

The Mark II uses the same scope rail mount screw as the Mark III 22/45 and the 10/22, B-89. The same size filler screw is part B-83.
