okay boys and girls, pirates and cabin wenches, or anyone else,

a new game open to anyone adhering to the SS forum guidelines;

SuperStockers only, semis in .22lr, rifles only, lol, no pistolas,
any factory TYPE stock, wood, plastic, lamis, NO t-holes! S&K styles and etc, are ok,
any bbl, aftermarket, re-works are okay. NO bulls!

ONE gun per type of ammo. SAME gun will be allowed IF using a diff ammo.

targets will be shot at 25 yards. 4 "sizers" need to be shot AWAY from the main groups,
those 4 are to be mzrd at the widest part of the smudge mark, totaled and divided by 4.
that will be the deducter mzmnt to be subtracted from the over-all size of each group that
is mzrd in the same way.

you are allowed one "Mulligan", (flier) to be ignored as long as it is NOT touching another
hole in the group. so, you may be only mzring 4 holes,

after deducting the avg "sizer" from the group size, total the 4 groups and divide by 4 and
that gives you the game avg which needs to be at or less than < .375

have fun and remember there are no prizes, etc, But your name / gun type / ammo goes on a list,

ONLY BULK packed ammo will be allowed;

CCI blazer BULK paks, NO seperately 50 rnd boxed ammo,
Fed AM-22
Win 333
Win Dynas
Win X-perts
Rem Golden Bullets
Fed bulk paks; all three generations;
#730 (325 rnds), #745 (525 rnds), #750 (550 rnds)
choose your poison, LOL,
any sights / rests allowed,

MERDA CAPOOCIA..10/22 DSP..Fed 750 avg = .353

All right, here we go down this winding road. Just got the game added to my Who's Who of the Clubs spreadsheet. Just in time it appears.

Now to print out some targets and get shooting tomorrow. Hopefully a better day than today.

Alright you swabbies , break out them pea shooters and see just how good of a shot you are with the common sailors ammo, LOL. :D :bthumb:

be a hoot.

wind here is 25+ and is xpected to last for a few days, dang!! But on
the plus side, is warming up. the down-side is, will need to be pushing the mower around the place shortly, yuck!!

Rico, I can throw those Remington Golden bullets at the target and be more accurate:D

I do have a couple boxes of the Federal 745 and Winchester Xperts, gonna have to get me the extra large size Advil and head out to the range:t I need some trigger time, only one bullet fired in months....maybe since last fall if memory serves.

hay, all,

check the sticky at the top of this forum if looking for targets,
use whatever targets you want. rigger uses paper plates, or cardboard,
i use beer cartons with a + marked with a sharpie. we are talking low tech
here, to match the ammo, LOL, plus am trying to save paper and toner, haha,

Well Rico I can honestly say that I havn't bought any in years because they were so terrible, when you can hear the differences in the report you know there isn't any consistency. Some people do have good luck with them and perhaps Remington has done a better job making them since my last disappointment.

What distance are we shooting at??

AK,

25 yds, lol,

but here is a "mulligan". wind died down a bit, thought i'd give the Fed 745
stuff a try before it got too dark. this ammo still amazes me as i cant
figure it out. one good group two bad ones, hmmmmm

gonna be a tuffy for sure, and just with a ruler for a rough mzrmt, around a 1/2" for the
two on the left, lol, but will probably run out of ammo before i can qualify,

Dang Rico, now you have my curiosity up, those are some nice groups with the "cheap" ammo:t I'm surprised you havn't put up a couple of flood lights so you can shoot 24/7:D

Which rifle did you shoot with?

yea, AK,

i try to shoot when the wind dies down usually in the late evening for
the nxt few days,

that was with "fatso". until i picked up this box of Fed 745 ammo at the
shop, this gun has never seen this ammo. looks like they both agree.

a bit inconsistant, but for the $$$ and is off the shelf, will get a few more
bricks as the price is gonna go ^^^ soon. looking for cheap ammo that
works 1/2 decently,

Speed,

good que. but IF the shots are all touching, as in a "clover leaf", then it
is not a "mulligan"

am thinking that the "M"s are more like fliers off the group a bit and clearly
definable as in my pic on post #12,

Rico....

yea, all,

when the targets start coming in to be entered, i dont wanna go thru any
hassle of having to determine whether a target is good to go, so all these
ques will help others to make sure that they have a legitimate target to
start with.

just asking for the shooter to make sure their target is qualifiable before
asking for it to be considered.

BUT, any target is always welcome to be posted good or bad, BUT, i ask that
if the target is NOT to be considered, then plz post to that effect,

thanks all,

Rico....
