Different tastes I guess. I have been using the HKS for 25 years and have been happy with them. I have even given a few to friends that are still using them:bthumb:

How do those McFadden. Units work for topping off a half empty mag?

It works just like when you load an empty. Check out the you tube videos. I have one and love it. You have to tune it, once that is done it easy as pie.

Sounds like an excellent plan! I have never tried any of the automatic loaders like the McFadden. :bthumb:
