Interior looks great. The two evergreens out front look a bit scraggly and block a lot of the front of the house; I don't know how much crime occurs in that area but I would consider removing both of those trees and replacing them with deciduous trees that would provide better shade as well as allowing visualization of the house.

Looks nice. Definitely think about the trees. I just had to take down 7 80foot Pine/Spruce trees. Starting to look very scraggly and dropping needles like crazy. House/land looks much better. Planting grass.

It’s only fair, people have been invading Tennessee like crazy the past couple years.

Good luck on your offer. A big investment for sure. Btw, I’ve cut over 30 trees off my rural acre and a half over 50 years between storm damage and too big/ too close to the house. Hated to do it. Looks like you’ve found a nice place but too many neighbors for my taste.

Oh I seen a roadrunner when I was there looking at another house last week. He was chasing down a lizard in the street.

Had to swerve to miss a rattlesnake on Hwy 60 on the way home. Also had to swerve onto the shoulder on that road to miss a car that was passing a truck on a curve. That was exciting. 😟
