Does Ruger offer an LVT in real walnut?

I don't believe so. I just bought a new one a couple of weeks ago which has a nice amount of figure in the stock for a hardwood stock though.

But Numrich seems to have walnut barracuda style stocks,

I opened up the channel on a Walnut sporter stock. It’s not real hard.

The Walnut DSP stocks aren't easy to come by but would look very good with the LVT action and barrel in them.

At Numrich for 194.00. That’s up almost 50 bucks since Sapoutfitters had them.

I paid a whopping $239 for this stock...complete with the barreled action about 12 years ago to put it all in perspective.


Technically it doesn't exist, here's the box...


Model comes back as a "hardwood" stock 22" sporter.

Bought this black walnut stock off eBay for $125... It's a .920 barrel channel but it fits well and the rifle shoots great with several brands of ammo so far.
