I noticed today that my ejector seems to have a very small amount of play to it. I assume that it has not always been this way, but I obviuosly don't wish for it to become an issue. Has anyone else had this happen? Any tips? Just break it down and snug things up a bit?

The P22 ejector is loose, not fixed.

I still wonder what would happen if it is taken away?

I may try removing it at some point (when I decide to dismantle it fully again).

The SIG Mosquito has an ejector, also.

Most Target pistols don't seem to bother with ejectors.

But then, the P22 is not a Target pistol. Just on Target. And I mean just...

The only thing I'm not totally satisfied with yet on the test gun is ejection. None are hitting me in the face and all are going out to the right but not nearly as powerful as my Ruger. Some are just kind of flopping out there, some are zinging. Springs tight, extractor razor sharp. I need more extractors from S&W to figure this out. 1911M
