GSXR750 vs F150 never ends well. Guy made a left turn across my lane, traffic oncoming so I couldn't swerve. Stabbed the rear brake really hard and let go of the handles. My bike hit his right rear wheel and I didn't hit anything but pavement, a short flight time later. I didn't see the equation used, but the height and distance were calculated in the accident report based on speed, my weight, and where the first mark on the pavement from my helmet was. Eyewitness accounts stated I hit head first, so I didn't get any point deductions on the landing.

Short and fat projectiles are definitely not very aerodynamic.

A while back, a friend and I decided we were going to shoot up his stock of 50/140/750 Sharps cartriges so that he could clean up his brass and load some more. We each shot 5 ends a piece until the 50 cartridges were gone. The 1st five were darned cool and made a neat 3'" group at 385 meters. The second 5 hurt, and not such a neat group. 3rd 5 hurt a lot more and was not even close to being fun. 4th 5 shots were horrible, headache, shoulder and arm deeply bruised, what the hell am I doing? Had to prove how manly stupid were and last five, guess what, you don't hit the target when you close your eyes and hold the rifle away from your body. You could never ever convince me to set down behind that rifle again.
Then he remembers why he had a recoil pad.
I just told him real men don't use pads.
