The one I have shoots just like that. The only problem with the gun is you about need a hand truck for using it in the field as it’s just so big and heavy.

Nice shooting.
How do you like the Riton Scope ?
I have a 3-18x44 on my NY Hunter. I shot the other morning at 100 yards. bad day. really humid, thick air. light switchy wind. But I just shot fast and got 1 or 2 1" 5 shot groups. I think it's a decent scope for the money.

A Kimber HS is kind of on my project list. I’d like to find one that’s a good shooter, some aren’t, and then I’d put it in a Classic Varmint stock. Even then it would still only weigh 2/3 of what a Rimfire Varminter weighs.

Is that an "A" version?
I guess M12Mike's post was slightly hijacked. M12Mike's gun is a Kimber of Oregon A action. Frank's and mine are Kimber of New York (Yonkers) K-22's.

Nice rifle too! Does it shoot well?
To be brutally honest with you PW, the darn thing is the worst shooting NY gun of the "several" I have owned.
