To be honest, I'd trade in a heartbeat. You open up a whole new world of possibilities with a 10/22. Considering they shoot pretty well out of the box with the right ammo. And if you send the barrel to CPC for his custom chambering job, it'll shoot even better! Custom parts abound for 10/22s. You can leave it as is or go crazy! What ever trips yer trigger! ALRIGHT! You won't regret it. That 10/22 is a shooter right out of the box. But with a little TLC, its a tack driver. Now for the fun part. Buy a bunch of different ammo and plan on a long day at the range shooting groups to find out what it likes. Heres a few to try.
