and brought a front rest home,,I am impressed so far, even though I havent shot it yet.

it has a lot of up adjustments and plenty enough left and right adjustments in the knobs,,

hopefully this will help get me where I want to be..

Is that a Caldwell? Looking forward to your report.
Caldwell Rock BR with Protecktor bags,,the rest came with 2 different front bags but they are not up to snuff

the rest on the other hand seems to be heavy enough and is very solid,,if it holds up to time it is a very good deal on a rest..
Nice rest Mr.big :)

I have the Rock BR-1000 which is (I think a little heavier) now discontinued. Been using it for a year now without any issues.

Got a smokin' deal from Cabelas when they were blowing out the discontinued stock for less than $90.00. (shoulda bought two!)

IMHO the Rock is a good rest.. this was my first ever personal portable rest, so I really don't know any better, but am happy with it. :bthumb:

Good shooting to you!

I like my Rock BR, mr.big, it's a pretty good rest. I have a Cowan rest that is a bit nicer, but the Rock is a fine rest and good enough to use for BR competition. I think you'll like how it holds your stock and gives you a consistent recoil which will really help nail down that 20X score you are chasing. :)
I really like how you have two adjustments for the height,,this should really take my 338 Lapua testing to another level,,

After I adjust the windage, and the height adjustment with the wheel, I use the rear leg screw for fine height adjustments:)
