I find it a little strange no one on the forums seems to have the walnut stocked Howa M1100 rifles until I looked at the picture furnished by Legacy Sports. The stock shape is not so bad, but that is an ugly piece of wood on that example picture. I have seen better looking framing timber……..so I’m going to pass. I’m going to work on the stock with some well documented suggestions by M1100 owners on this forum. These rifles are well made, and I think the t*rd stock can be made into a solid platform . I appreciated the help I got from this forum on the fix for the flexy stock !

Well that wood stock pic does look like farm rifle from a Sears catalog. Expatiation management from mfgr?

Share before/after pics of your stock project.
Before/after pics too of you targets would be extra great!
Thx!

Do you have any Begara set screws left for the trigger conversion?
My brother in law is an ffl dealer and we were just looking at the Walnut version M1100 today.
