I’ve heard the two piece 541 base will work. I know that’s not what you want but sadly I don’t think there is a one piece out. Maybe a call to EGW?

Talley base & ring set
I got these for a lower scope mount for better cheek-weld on the high comb. These are 'low' rings and they have a 3/8" rise from barrel to bottom of ring. This model also come in 'medium' ... do not know the rise amount.
