High Capacity 10/22 Magazines?

Okay guys, MidwayUSA is having a sale on Butler Creek "Hot Lips" magazines (the all plastic ones) for $16. I can get a "Steel Lips" one for $27. Are the All Plastic ones any good at all, or should I shell out the bucks for a Steel Lipped one? (I'm making a big order anyway, so anohter $15 isn't that bad, but I like to save $$ where I can).
