Help finding a target

Hello all, I have been searching for a decent quality air pistol that will :
Work with one CO2 12g
Be a repeater (6 or more shot) no revolvers please
Be accurate at 10m
Be a great quality
NOT FROM CHINA
I want .177 caliber, and prefer mostly metal.
Velocity at near 400 is enough, as I will only punch paper.

I had seen a possible candidate from Mrod, but it is a Chinese made pistol.

I am expecting to pay about 200 dollars ( and will pay a little more if needed).

The Crosman pistols look like great quality, and seem to have a strong aftermarket support, but the ones that catch my eye appear to be single shot.

I may consider PCP, but, if I did my math correctly, even buying the cheapest 200 compressor, would take 23000 rounds to break even.

I mainly shoot .22lr, so this is a for occasional use. Please note, the 200 dollar PCP compressor again comes from China.

I only shoot target. I will not use it for pest control or hunting or so on.

I already have a high quality single shot, so a repeater is mandatory.

What guns do you think may fill my needs?

Also, I am surprised that this section of our great site has such little activity.

Thank you for your input

Rich

good luck,as everything is made in china anymore.

youre kinda looking for a unicorn.

although,
there are aftermarket repeater breeches available for the crosman co2 pistols (bnm custom airguns makes a good one.)

ive been an airgunner for many years,

and the only thing i can think of remotely close to what you want out of the box,

is the Webley Nemesis CO2 in .177

repeater
1 co2 cartridge
accurate at 10m
supposed to be of good quality
velocity of around 450fps

BUT

pretty certain its probably made in china.
and lots of plastic.

much luck in your quest :bthumb:

I would look for an older Crosman 600. It is a 10-shot repeater, uses one CO2 cartridge.

That is "the Bomb" :)
I am in a similar position. The Diana chaser fits most requirements save the made in China. I also don't like the grip as I don't need another air rifle.

There seems to be an entire classification of guns at a reasonable price that doesn't exist.

I can tell you this, since I had nothing, last week I bought a Beeman P-17. Yeah Pyramid was out so I got it at Walmart for $32. I love this thing, a knockoff of a Weihrauch HW40.

For a repeater the Crosman 600 is a nice choice. I have on I sent to Henry Ford to have it redone. It was completely resealed and an extra 10" barrel made. I also bought Birdseye Maple ambi grips from Veron Austin that are amazing. Very accurate and with the 10" barrel over 500 fps. And over 400 fts. with the stock barrel. It is also much more reliable. Stock they shoot around 360 fps. They can get little pricy though.
Target

Redlight….Sig Sauer at Pyramyd Air...…………...Made in Germany now...
and IMO you are too picky... If you are a Target shooter at 10 Meter and closer then an entry level Single shot is the way to go;;;
I own and shoot Crosman 2300T, Diana Chaser, Webley Nemesis and others...all 3 excellent pistols...

Maybe my favorite airgun. I donated one of mine for an Easter giveaway this year...

Thank you

I like that Crosman 600. Maybe I will search. I did want new, but everything brings me back to China? I really don't want to feed that machine. I will stay off politics.
I guess air guns are exempt from the import laws that affect actual firearms.

Anyway, I looked at the Chaser, and the Crosman equivalents. I really wanted new, but if I have to buy used, so be it.

I am in no real rush, as I usually shoot .22 anyway, but I do see benefits from .177

NOW, if I could figure out how to obtain another 100 FPS from a Fas 6004, then my search would be over. Yes, I know it is single shot, but the trigger and feel are terrific.
Out of the box, it shoots about 350 FPS, although it is advertised as 400. The reason I want more FPS is to stretch out the range from 10 meters to a further distance.
I generally shoot my .22 pistols at 25 and 50 yards. I would love to be able to keep my distance uniform, however that may not be realistic.

I can shoot my air guns in my basement ( I have about 60 feet to work with if my wife doesn't complain too much). Hmmm, maybe I can shoot my .22 inside too!!!!! JK!! My wife would be very annoyed at that.

Anyway, thank you all for your recommendations, and IHMSA, thank you for taking the time to post pix. That may be a big help.

I would also suggest you look at the Beeman P1/ HW45. They are super accurate, all metal, great trigger, lots of power, and well made in Germany. They take little practice to shoot well but shoot over 550fps. in .177 and also come in .20 and .22cal. If you get the new Black Star model they come with grips similar to the FAS 6004. I have both the Black Star and Beeman P1and they shoot just as well or better than my FAS 6004, but with way more power. They are still being made and can be found for under $400 new. I found a like new P1 on ebay for $250.
Air pistol for 50 ft

I shoot an Alecto at 50 ft (19yds) Off a rest, I can get single hole 10 shot groups. The pistol shoots groups similar to my Hi Standard Victor. I had a new pair of grips made for the Victor that are very similar to the Alecto. The Alecto is a three pumper. I use two pumps at 10 yds and three pumps at 19 yds. (hight 400 fps)

Well Rich I got two great revolvers that would fill your bill, Yes you mentioned no Revolvers these are truly special
they both are true to original military guns one is the Webley recreation of the famed mark VI and the other is the Gletchner 1895 Nagant the quality is superb everything is almost true to the the real thing co2 12 gram pellet or bb
I have both in pellet. Webley is a 6 shot with realistic cartridges that you load pellets in. the Nagant is a seven shot same loading of realistic cartridge both are very accurate . check them out.
