Harris Bi-pods.. Which one? Need Input!

I know ...read the threads- I DID! The 6-9" will fit my needs but they do a SOLID and a SWIVEL- they are also offered in STANDARD or NOTCH LEGS. Some say the notch legs in 1" incriments are not adjustable enough. Give me some experienced input here...most of my shooting is done on a bench...some in prone position in the dirt shootin' Prairie Dogs. Thanks!

I own a few of these bipods. I like them. My rec: Go with Standard legs and the Solid base.
