Prebans are nice if you want to do things like add a Ramline or Butlercreek folding stock. Otherwise I wouldn't invest to much money.

I thoght the rule was the rifle had to be manufactured prior to 94. How could it be determined when the stock was added?

WOW! Thanks for the info. Guess you have to be very careful or Big Brother will put you away. I guess all the new in the package folding stocks floating around on the auction sites are useless.
