Well still the velocitors are top dog outta my gun! I shot 8 different types of ammo today indoor at 25 yards. I used 5 shots to site in each brand, then shot a 5 shot group.
CCI Blazers = .420"
CCI Silhouette = .670"
Rem Thunder bolts = .800"
Federal 40gr solid = .620"
Winchester 37gr hollow = .355"
Rem Yellow jackets = .410"
CCI Quick shok = .625
CCI Velocitors = .100" without the twitch :( with the twitch .322"

oh sorry, i forgot to mention it is a brno modle 2-E. i don`t know if there are any differences between brno or CZ, I`ve always called it a brno, but has a CZ logo I think on the butt cap.
The only thing I`ve done to it is a little trigger work, and floated from the barrel lug to end of the stock.

25 yards is not a good test of ammo. Even junk ammo with weak rounds mixed in will still group decent at 25 yards.

The real test of .22 ammo is the 100 yard line.

Inconsistant ammo will have extreme vertical stringing that does not show up at 25 yards.

This is true, but don`t you think it is a strange coincidence that the velocitors did that much tighter of a group at that range than the others did.
I have no idea where I`d find a 100 yard indoor range, so that I can rule out wind gusts and such, figured if I ruled out and many of the things I could think of that would screw with the groupings, that I`d have a decent idea of what the gun likes, and unfortunately our range has only enough roon to do 30 yards.

Ron, not to sound disagreeable, but I think you can tell a lot about ammo at 25 yards. I test most of my match ammo at 25 yards first, then at 50. Of course little misses at 25 mean big misses at a greater distance, so you have to watch for any small deviation. If it shoots at 25, 9 times out of 10 it will shoot at 50. IMHO
