Green Mountain "Aero" Series Barrels?

861 Views 3 Replies 3 Participants Last post by  gunnitz
I was wondering what kind of success people have had with the Green Mountain "Aero" series shrouded barrels. I was looking into other barrel options when I stumbled upon them. Was wondering what kind of pluses and minuses there are with them and what kind of accuracy people are getting out of them. I really like the looks of them and I am wondering if it will meet my needs.

Thanks,

Very cool, yes. I do remember them being talked about as being more good than bad. They will be more suseptable to temp change after multiple shots.

gunnitz, .5 is great. Always glad to hear success stories. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the barrel skinner than a stock one?

Bottom 2 built for my 2 boys, both shoot Dynapoints well. 3rd from the bottom built for a friend and likes AE22 HP's . If you so desire, you can also do your own sleeve if you have access to the necessary machines.
