Well I just ordered a 16 1/2" Sporter
weight barrel from Ken at WFMBS.
This barrel on one of my Deluxe
Sporter Stocks,slicked up trigger,
Weaver T-09,with light weight rings,topped with a leupold 2X7 RF special will be one premo squirrel rifle.
Already have a 22" Sporter that I got
last year that shoots great.
Why Ruger never marketed the Deluxe
Sporter with a barrel without sights
is one of lifes misteries to me.
( I know wally world special,with cheap
stock) Forget it! I like walnut.
